Integrating with Confluence allows Docket to access all your product documents and sales enablement materials housed in Confluence. Since these are highly structured information, this will help Docket answer more questions while also improving the accuracy of answers.

Prerequisites:

To connect Confluence and Docket, you need to be an Admin in Docket. You should also have access to the Confluence Spaces that you want to sync.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Initiate the Connection

    • Navigate to the 'Settings' page in Docket AI.

    • Locate the Confluence integration card and click on the 'Connect' button.
