Connecting Clari Copilot to Docket leverages external calls from Clari Copilot for precise and relevant answers. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to configure the integration between Clari Copilot and Docket, ensuring a seamless synchronization of content.
Prerequisites
Before starting the integration process, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
Admin-level access is required in Docket.
API key is required from Clari Copilot.
Should have Clari Enterprise plan.
Only a Clari Copilot admin can generate the API Token.
Go to Workspace Settings.
Under Integrations: Other, click 'Generate ' to obtain your token for Clari Copilot.
Integration Process
1. Accessing Clari Copilot Integration in Docket
Navigate to the Integrations page within Docket, located in the Settings menu.
Locate the Clari app and click on 'Connect'.
2. Authorizing Access
Upon clicking 'Connect', enter the API Key and API Secret to authorize Docket to access your Clari Copilot workspace.
3. Selecting Experts
The Docket Admin should be able to select the users for the ingestion of their conversations via the Docket. Click ‘Save’ after selecting the users.
4. Initiate Syncing
Once the integration is successfully connected and the relevant experts are selected, data syncing will commence automatically between Docket and Clari Copilot.
Please note that it may take approximately 24 hours for data to be used for answer generation.
Important notes
Disconnecting from Clari Copilot will permanently delete the ingested data from Docket, and it won't be used for future answer generation. Users should be cautioned accordingly.
Docket will ingest external calls from selected experts only.
When new conversations are added in Clari Copilot, ideally in 24 hours it will take to be used in answer generation.
