Connecting Chorus to Docket leverages external calls from Chorus for precise and relevant answers. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to configure the integration between Chorus and Docket, ensuring a seamless synchronization of content.


Before starting the integration process, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  • Admin-level access is required in Docket.

  • API key is required from Chorus.

    • Under API Access, click 'Generate API Token' to obtain your token.

Integration Process

1. Accessing Chorus Integration in Docket

  • Navigate to the Integrations page within Docket, located in the Settings menu.

  • Locate the Chorus app and click on 'Connect'.

2. Authorizing Access

  • Upon clicking 'Connect', enter the API key to authorize Docket to access your Chorus workspace.

3. Selecting Experts

  • The Docket Admin should be able to select the users for the ingestion of their conversations via the Docket. Click ‘Save’ after selecting the users.

4. Initiate Syncing

  • Once the integration is successfully connected and the relevant experts are selected, data syncing will commence automatically between Docket and Chorus.

  • Please note that it may take approximately 24-48 hours for data to be used for answer generation.

Important notes

  • Disconnecting from Chorus will permanently delete the ingested data from Docket, and it won't be used for future answer generation. Users should be cautioned accordingly.

  • Docket will ingest external calls from selected experts only.

  • When new conversations are added in Chorus, ideally every 24-48 hours it will take to be used in answer generation.
