Integrating Gong with Docket allows Docket to learn from the calls of your best Account Executives. This will help Docket answer more questions in a better way.

This guide offers step-by-step instructions to seamlessly configure the integration between Gong and Docket, ensuring a smooth synchronization of content.

Here's a quick video on integrating to Gong:

Prerequisites:

Before initiating the integration process, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  • You must be an Admin user in Docket.

  • You must have Technical Administrator privileges in Gong.

Integration Process:

  1. Login to Docket and navigate to "Settings" --> "Integrations".

  2. Find "Gong" in the list of integrations and click on "Connect".

  3. In the next screen, click on the "Connect" button.

  4. Click on "Allow" in the popup window that comes up on screen.

  5. Your integration is now setup.

Assigning Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):

By default, Docket will only sync and learn from external calls of a selected set of Gong users. You can select up to 10 SMEs to sync their calls. We recommend syncing calls from your best AEs for the best accuracy while answering.

To Assign your SMEs, please reach out to your Docket CSM/AE. Alternatively, you can write to [email protected]

Disconnecting Gong:

  • Under the "Configuration" tab, click on "Disconnect" button.
