Integrating with Notion allows Docket to access all your product documents and sales enablement materials housed in Notion. Since these are highly structured information, this will help Docket answer more questions while also improving the accuracy of answers.
Here a short video guide on connecting to Notion:
Prerequisites:
To connect Notion and Docket, you need to be an Admin in both Notion and Docket.
Integration Process:
Login to Docket and navigate to "Settings" --> "Integrations".
Find "Notion" in the list of integrations and click on "Connect".
In the popup, click on "Connect".
Make sure you are integrating to the right Notion Account/Org. You can see the active Account in the top right corner of the popup. Click on "Select pages" to continue.
Select which pages you want to share with Docket and click on "Allow access".

βNote: Notion has a concept of Teamspaces. Every account can have multiple Teamspaces. It is possible to sync pages from multiple Teamspaces, but the person connecting to Docket should have the necessary read permissions for all the required Teamspaces. You can learn more about Notion Teamspaces here.Your integration is now setup. Docket will sync all the pages from the folders you have shared with us. This will take a few hours.
Adding/removing pages to sync:
Once the pages are selected via the Notion page picker during the authorization flow, it's currently not possible to update the pages within Docket. However, there are 2 possible workarounds to this, within Notion.
Option 1: Adding a page to the Docket connection.
In Notion, go to the page you want to add.
On the top right, click on the 3 dots menu and click on "Connect to" under "Connections".
Select "Docket Inc" and click on "Confirm". Now the page will be added to the Docket connection.
Removing a page from Docket Connection
In Notion, go to the page you want to remove.
On the top right, click on the 3 dots menu and click on "Docket Inc" under "Connections".
Click "Disconnect" and "Confirm". Now the page will be removed from the Docket connection.
Option 2: Managing connections via Notion Settings.
In Notion, click on "Settings and Members" in the left pane and go to "My connections".
Find "Docket Inc" in the list if integrations and click on the 3 dot menu next to it. Click on "Access selected pages".
In the next dialog, review which pages Docket has access to and click on "Update Access" to save.
Here is a video demo of both the options described above:
