What is it?

The Knowledge Inbox is a central hub where you can manage and maintain your organization's knowledge base. You can verify, modify, and create questions to ensure that your team has access to accurate information.

Please note:

  1. Only admins can view and edit the knowledge inbox

  2. Docket will index Slack conversations across the allowed channels

View a question

  1. Your knowledge inbox displays questions by type:

    1. Verified,

    2. Unverified

    3. And unanswered

  2. Click on the filter button sort questions by

    1. Date modified (Default view)

    2. Type

  3. A question consists of:

    1. A response/answer generated by Docket.

Verify a question

  1. First, select an unverified question

  2. Next, review the response

  3. If you find everything a-okay, click on Verify

  4. You can always update questions and answers when things change

And that’s it, your question is now verified.

Modify a question

  1. First select an unverified question
    Note: Modifying an already verified question will change it’s status to unverified

  2. Click on Modify and directly modify the response generated by the LLM

  3. Confirm changes made by clicking ‘Modify Answer’

Now, the question is modified and ready to be verified

Create new question

  1. Click on ‘Ask Question’

  2. Type in the new question

    1. While typing, Docket will display identical and similar questions asked in the past

  3. Click on the ‘+ Add new question’ button from the dropdown to create new question

  4. Docket will generate an answer for the question from the available data sources.

  5. If an answer is unavailable, then you can create a new answer. Do that by:

    1. Clicking on ‘Create Answer’

    2. Add your answer

    3. Click ‘Submit’ to create the new answer
