SOS Shortcut

The on-demand card generation feature (formerly "Ask") is now called SOS. You can configure a custom keyboard shortcut for SOS in settings.

Automatic Updates

    • When a new version is available, the app downloads it automatically and applies the update on restart

  • Use Check for Updates to manually check for new versions

What Are Sales Cards?

Sales cards are intelligent cue cards that help Account Executives advance deals during live conversations. They provide context-aware guidance based on what's happening in your call right now.

Card types include:

  • Discovery questions

  • Product information

  • Mutual plan suggestions

  • Objection handling cues

  • Competitive positioning points

  • Capability-related talking points

Automatic Meeting Detection

Docket automatically detects when you join a meeting and prompts you to start receiving sales guidance. When a meeting is detected (e.g., Zoom Meeting), a notification appears with:

Click Start Listening to begin receiving real-time sales cards for your call.

Using LiveAssist During Calls

  1. Start listening: Click the Listen button on the widget when your sales call begins

  2. Auto Mode: By default, auto mode is enabled at the start of each session. Cards are proactively generated based on the conversation.

    1. Toggle Auto Mode: Use the on-off toggle to control proactive card generation. When auto mode is off, cards are generated only via SOS.

  3. End session: Click the Stop button when your call concludes

Request cards on-demand: Press your configured SOS shortcut (e.g., CMD+L) or click the SOS button to generate cards immediately. On-demand cards display an SOS tag to distinguish them from auto-generated cards.

Sales cards update periodically throughout your call to stay relevant to the conversation.
