Ask a New Question
With Ask Docket on Docket Web, users can effortlessly ask new questions. Simply type your query into the designated field, and Docket will work its magic to provide you with the most relevant answers.
Agentic Answering Modes
Ask Docket offers two intelligent answering modes, both powered by AI agents with access to multiple tools including your Sales Knowledge Lake and web search capabilities:
Quick Mode
Provides fast responses with minimal wait time
Ideal for straightforward questions requiring immediate answers
Deep Answer Mode
Takes a bit longer to generate but provides more thorough, comprehensive responses
Best for complex, scenario-based questions requiring detailed analysis
Regenerate Answers
Sometimes, the provided answer may not fully satisfy your requirements. With Ask Docket, you have the ability to request Docket to generate a new response.
Regenerate (Quick Mode) – Get a quick alternative response
Regenerate with Deep Answer – Receive a more comprehensive answer with additional analysis
Simply click the regenerate button below any answer and choose your preferred mode.
Copy Answers
Need to share an answer with your team or save it for future reference?
Ask Docket makes copying answers a breeze. Simply select the answer you want to copy, and with a single click, it’s ready to be shared or stored for later use.
Find Files in Your Sales Knowledge Lake
Ask Docket can search through your Sales Knowledge Lake to locate specific files and documents:
Ask questions like "Find all files with Docket security posture details" or "Show me files about [topic]"
The agent uses file retrieval tools to locate relevant documents
Results display files with their source location (Google Drive, Web, etc.) and author information.
File Actions
Each file in the search results includes quick actions accessible via the menu:
Summarise – Get an instant summary of the document
Open in Source – Open the file in its preview (Google Drive, Web, etc.)
Copy link – Copy the file link to share with others
View – Preview the file directly
Summarize Documents
Need a quick overview of a document? Ask Docket can read and summarize files from your Sales Knowledge Lake:
Request summaries by asking "Summarize [file name]" or "Can you summarize the [document]?"
The agent reads the file and provides a concise summary with key information
Summaries include document details, version information, and main content highlights.
Guard Notes for Sensitive Information
Ask Docket automatically protects sensitive information with Guard Notes:
Automatic detection – Guard nodes appear when responses contain sensitive information such as:
Pricing details
Security posture information
SOC 2 reports (confidential, share only under NDA)
GDPR and data protection details
Other confidential business information
Visual alerts – Guard nodes are displayed as highlighted warning banners within the response
Sharing reminders – Alerts remind you to verify need-to-know access and confirm with appropriate teams (Sales, Finance, Security, Legal) before sharing externally

Continue your conversation with Ask Docket by asking follow-up questions:
