Introducing Collections: Simplify Knowledge Sharing

We’ve made sharing knowledge easier with the new Collections feature. Now, you can create Knowledge Bundles—a curated set of Q&As and Docs focused on a specific topic. It’s the perfect way to organize and share relevant information in one place.

Collections also streamline onboarding for new team members. By bundling essential documents and resources, you can ensure new hires have everything they need in a single, accessible link—making their onboarding faster and more efficient.

With Collections, just choose the documents and questions you need, bundle them together, and share everything with a single link.

Here is a step by step guide to using Docs

  1. Go to docketai.com and navigate to "Knowledge Inbox". You will notice a new Collections tab in the menu.
    Note: You have to be an Admin or Contributor in Docket to access the Knowledge Inbox and manage Collections.

  2. To create a new Collection, click on the "+" icon and select "Collection".

  3. Give a name for your Collection and click on "Create".

  4. To add Docs or Q&As to a collection, navigate to the desired Doc or Q&A, click on "Add to Collections" and choose the desired Collection to add to.

  5. Once you add a few items to a Collection, it will look like this. You can click and drag the grab handle on the left side of an item to reposition it in the Collection. You can also delete an item by clicking on the trash icon.

  6. To share a Collection with your teammate, click on the "Copy Link" button on the top right corner of the screen.

  7. You can now share the link with anyone who has a Docket account. Do note that link is only accessible for Docket users at the moment.

  8. Once a user opens the link, the Collection will be added to the "Collections" tab in their Library.
