Here’s a quick guide on DocketAI’s CMS, which enables teams to unify their content under one platform. The new CMS allows your sellers and sales enablement professionals to organize, track, and manage sales content in DocketAI and seamlessly share it with external prospects, customers, and partners.
With the new content management platform you can:
Seamlessly share sales content with one-click URLs, with options to enable a download option for the viewer.
Share content with buyers, and track their engagement with open and click rate insights.
Store all your content in an enterprise-grade secure repository with permission controls, encrypted links, and revocable access.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to using the CMS
Step 1 - Go to Docketai.com, and log into your account. You’ll be logged into your home view.
Step 2 - Select Knowledge Sources to enter the new CMS.
Step 3 - You’ll be greeted with the new CMS.
Here’s what you need to know about it:
CMS Home
Search: An improved search with filters for source, file type, privacy settings, uploaded by, and date uploaded selectors.
A new suggestion section: DocketAI will show you the most trending sales assets in your workspace under the "Suggested for you" section.
File details: Each file shows its source, engagement metrics, the times DocketAI has referred it to answer a sales query, and the last time the asset was updated.
3-dot menu: The 3-dot menu on the left of each file allows Admins to copy URL, preview files, change file name and sharing permissions, or delete the file. This menu will enable contributors and consumers to preview and copy URLs only. These users can’t change file names or share permissions.
File view: Read the file in the file view as usual. Users can also view metrics for each file individually.
Engagement Tab
The Engagement view allows users to display engagement metrics for files they might have shared internally or externally and view each file's metrics individually.
Content Management Permissions
The content management platform has different permissions and access controls for user categories. Here’s what each user can do on the CMS:
Admins
This group can upload, delete, and manage access to all available sales content. As the name suggests, admins control everything on the CMS.
Admins can categorize sales content and assets as Internal or External files, where only External files can be shared with your audience, prospects, and customers. Ensuring no critical data is shared with external audiences.
They can also purge old content and upload new content onto the CMS.
By integrating external tools like Google Drive, Sales enablement platforms, and more, they can sync content on third-party platforms into DocketAI’s CMS, allowing consumers and contributors to access content directly from DocketAI.
Contributors
Contributors can upload content to the CMS.
They can share CMS files and categorize CMS assets as internal or external.
Monitor content engagement like opens, shares, and other engagement metrics.
Consumers
Consumers can only access existing content in the CMS, and share assets internally or externally based on the categorization of the files.
For files categorized as External, consumers will also have the option to generate a custom link to share them. These files will appear under the Engagement tab.
